Running helps us avoid gaining too much weight and assists in maintain the loss of weight. When you take part in physical activities, you burn calories. The more intense the activity is, the more calories you burn. Running is considered to be the ideal exercise for the improvement of our body weight.
Exercise enhances good health and fights disease
Regardless of your body weight, physical exercise will enhance the ‘good’ cholesterol (HDL) and will reduce the triglycerides which are detrimental to our health.
